NERF Crossfire – review

The NERF Crossfire is a good-looking single shot gun that’s purchased in pairs (and generally used in pairs, too). Each pistol holds one round in the firing chamber and five under the barrel, but each shot must be loaded manually. It’s possible to mod them so that they fire a fair distance, and although you sacrifice a lot of firepower and reload speed by taking the Crossfire over other, larger guns, you do get impeccable reliability and a decent range.

The Crossfire is originally part of a larger weapons system kit where it is underslung on a rocket launcher-type gun called the Titan. For this reason, it comes with a reverse rail mount as standard, meaning you can mount it upside down on other guns if you like. We have found no valid use for this function yet, but research is continuing.
